The most recent messages on a new booking are at the top.
Strings develop as people pick up on a booking and discuss it.
If the room is too big, it can be searched by keyword.

How do I get the most from a Bulletin Board?

Browse through the messages in the room and click on those that interest you.

Answer any messages you like.

Or post your own booking offer.

Make use of the Subject line to call attention to your message

Always start your message with important words so others can quickly see what you are on about.

Note that the Rooms are monitored, so it may take several hour for your message to appear.

When you want to check for a message, hit reload.

No, but you can suggest a link using the message box provided for that purpose.

Why are there colons in the message when I try to post a follow up?

Colons appear in the message dialog box when you try to follow up on a message to indicate that those lines are quoting the previous document.
Replace these words with your opening statement for maximum impact.

Why didn't my post show up?

Your post most likely did not show up, because your browser did not reload the page, it simply pulled it out of cache. Please reload your browser and it should then appear.
Posts to this message board are monitored and then updated on the server so it could take up to 8 hours for your post to appear. You may still need reload the page however. It is good practise to reload a message board page anyway.
